Rachael Davison

Rachael Davison is a seasoned professional in the personal care industry, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Barentz since January 2019, where Rachael develops innovative concepts and oversees regulatory compliance while creating technical marketing materials for ingredient promotion across Europe. Prior experience includes a role as Process Chemist at Orean Personal Care Ltd from September 2015 to December 2018, managing production processes and addressing customer complaints. Earlier, Rachael completed a 13-month placement as a Process Chemist at Solvay during academic studies. Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry with industrial experience from The University of Manchester and is certified as a Chartered Scientist and Registered Scientist by the Science Council.
