Ian Jay

Ian Jay, PE, PMP, is an accomplished project manager currently with Barge Design Solutions, Inc. since December 2022. Previous roles include Water Engineer and Project Engineer at Jacobs, where responsibilities encompassed inspecting sanitary line construction, overseeing water and wastewater treatment plant field engineering, and utilizing Python for material usage regression modeling. Ian's prior experience features environmental engineering at CH2M, field engineering at Rio Tinto for large-scale groundwater remediation projects, and environmental permitting, alongside a foundational role as an engineering intern with the US EPA. A former Combat Engineer in the US Army, Ian possesses a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and additional certifications in erosion and sediment control.
