Mark McKinney

Mark McKinney is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in water systems and infrastructure. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Water Solutions Center Director at Barge Design Solutions since May 2023, McKinney previously held the position of Engineering Manager at the First Utility District of Knox County from April 2013 to May 2023, overseeing capital project design and construction. Additional experience includes volunteer work with CAFNIMA and Knox ProCorps in water system engineering, and project management roles at Cannon & Cannon, Inc. and Gresham, Smith and Partners, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. McKinney holds a Master's in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
