James Fleharty

James Fleharty is a Civil Design Engineer at Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. since March 2021. Previously, James served as a Research Technical Assistant 3 at Washington State University from August 2014 to February 2021, where expertise in western water right law was applied to analyze over 5,000 water rights for the Skagit Valley, culminating in a technical report and GIS-based story map. Additionally, James worked as a Media Technical Assistant 2, producing media for online courses, leveraging skills in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office. Earlier experience includes a role as a Construction Worker at Sullivan Construction Inc., where support was provided on various renovation and construction projects. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
