Barhale
James is Barhale's main board director with ultimate responsibility for the Northern Region. In this role, he is responsible for building up the opportunity pipeline, delivering clients' requirements across the core sectors and ensuring that the region is a sustainable part of Barhale.
James has worked for Barhale for 17 years, having previously headed up the IOS (Integrated Operational Solutions) Framework on behalf of Anglian Water in AMP6. He was promoted to Head of Business Transformation in 2019 responsible for assessing and implementing required change to continually improve business performance and efficiency across all areas of Barhale. In this role, he has effectively managed the COVID-19 response since the pandemic took hold. In 2020, he was appointed as the manager responsible for the Northern Region quickly being promoted to Regional Director in January 2021 and was appointed to the Main Board of Directors.
