Phil Harker

Phil Harker has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Phil started their career in 2009 as a Section Engineer at C Spencer Ltd, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they served in the role of Senior Engineer at Clugston Construction Limited from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined C SPENCER LIMITED as an Off-site Project Manager, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they work as the Lead Design Coordinator at Barhale Ltd.

Phil Harker attended Leeds College of Building from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an HNC in Civil Engineering. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they studied Law at Coventry University and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
