Jennifer Mancuso

Jennifer Mancuso is a regulatory and food labelling expert currently serving as Technical Regulatory Region Italy and RDQ - Food Labelling Content Manager at Barilla Group since April 2022. With experience in quality assurance from a project internship at Ferrero in 2021 and a background in clinical nutrition and food safety from Azienda Ospedaliera "SS. Annunziata," Jennifer has actively contributed to various initiatives including a pilot project on egg supply chain improvements. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Innovation in Food Science and Technology from the Università degli Studi di Torino, alongside qualifications as a Senior Biologist from the University of Calabria, complemented by degrees in human nutrition.
