Adrian Bettridge

Adrian is Baringa's Managing Partner. He studied Economics at Loughborough University and has nearly 25 years’ experience in the consulting industry, working with a broad range of Energy & Resources, Products & Services and Financial Services clients. Adrian joined Baringa in 2007 to lead the firm’s growth into new industry sectors and to build greater breadth of client capabilities and offerings. He works across Strategy, Risk, Customer, People and Technology projects and is valued for bringing these disciplines together to shape and drive change to deliver business results.

Adrian is a classic ‘Shaper’. He enjoys defining the vision, asking and answering the ‘why’ questions with clients and then building a diverse and collaborative team to generate momentum and deliver great outcomes. He is extremely curious and asks lots of questions, and enjoys taking complex problems and shaping simple, pragmatic solutions for clients. In recent years, Adrian’s work with senior clients has been focused on translating their vision and goals for the business into strategic transformation programmes and then making sure they are delivered successfully. In this work, Adrian helps bring greater clarity to the strategy and a wealth of experience in how to tap into the people, organisational and cultural dynamics of the business in order to bring about meaningful and lasting change.
