Andrew McIntosh

Andrew McIntosh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as the HR Director and Global Head of HR Business Partners at Baringa Partners, Andrew oversees approximately 50 staff across four functional areas, managing employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Previously, Andrew held the role of Vice President/Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included HR partnership for around 700 employees, advising senior leadership, and developing HR strategies across various domains.
