Chetan Chhatwal

Chetan Chhatwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, transactions, and business development across multiple industries. Currently a Partner at Baringa Partners since June 2011, Chetan has also held roles as a Senior Consultant and Director. Previous positions include Strategy Business Development at [24]7, where responsibilities involved strategy and business growth, and a position at UBS Investment Bank focusing on leveraged finance, private equity, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Chetan began his career with consulting roles at Citi and Accenture, where expertise in private equity, financial analysis, operating models, and business transformation was developed. Academic qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a MSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester, complemented by an exchange MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Mathematics from Delhi University.
