Katharine Henley FCIPD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital and organizational change. Currently serving as Partner and Business Unit Lead at Baringa Partners since January 2021, Katharine oversees three business units within the firm. Prior to this role, a tenure at PA Consulting from April 2017 to January 2021 included positions as Partner and Human Capital Practice Head, where leadership in Human Capital consulting was key. Earlier experience features consulting roles with Henley Consulting and KPMG Australia, as well as notable positions at PA Consulting, Ceridian, Mercer, Bhs and Mothercare, and Staples UK & Comet. Katharine holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Anglia Ruskin University, earned between 1991 and 1993.
