Lewis Heather

Lewis Heather is an experienced director at Baringa since January 2023, focusing on supporting clients with the energy sector transition to net zero carbon emissions. Prior to this role, Lewis held several positions at CEPA Ltd from November 2016 to November 2022, including Principal, Managing Consultant, and Senior Consultant, where the emphasis was on leading teams and projects related to economic and policy analysis in energy markets. Lewis also worked at Ofgem in various roles from 2009 to 2016, culminating in a position as Senior Manager, where significant financial incentives for the electricity and gas system operator were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester.
