Colin Moar

Colin Moar has extensive experience in the finance industry, specifically in the field of global equities and technology investments. Colin began their career at Aviva Investors in 1997 as a Global Equities Fund Manager, managing a portfolio of €450m. During their time there, they covered various sectors including technology, healthcare, energy, commodities, and media. In 2010, Colin joined HSBC Asset Management as a Global Equities Fund Manager, focusing on technology and telecom sectors. Colin then moved to Polar Capital Partners in 2011, where they served as a Fund Manager and Analyst, specializing in technology investments. After that, they joined RWC Partners in 2015 as an Analyst, working on the Global Innovation Absolute Alpha Fund. Currently, Colin works at Barings as a Director in Global Equities as an Investment Manager with a focus on global technology.

Colin Moar obtained a BCom degree in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In 2021, they also received a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA UK.
