Helen O'Brien

Helen O'Brien is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations for EMEA & APAC at Barings, Helen previously held positions at Fitch Ratings as Global HR Services Manager and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing HR for a client group of approximately 450 employees. Prior to Fitch Ratings, Helen worked at UBS in various HR roles, including Associate Director and Line Manager Advisor, and at Citi as HR Business Partner - Vice President, overseeing a client base of around 500 employees. Helen's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and German from De Montfort University.
