Sarah Head

Sarah Head, CPA, currently serves as Director of Accounting Policy at Barings, a position held since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Associate Director of Accounting Policy. Before joining Barings, Sarah accumulated significant experience at Wells Fargo from July 2015 to April 2022, where titles included SEC Reporting & Accounting Policy - External Financial Reporting Consultant and Consumer Lending Group - Financial Accounting Consultant. Earlier career stages included a Senior Auditor and Staff Auditor at Elliott Davis Decosimo from October 2012 to July 2015, along with various roles in accounting and auditing during internships and earlier positions. Sarah holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University.
