Alexander Perch

Alexander Perch currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of Atelier 505 at Barkan Management Co., Inc. since July 2023. With extensive experience in customer service and building management, Alexander has been a Residential Concierge at Millennium Partners / Millennium Tower since July 2016, contributing to the launch of one of the nation's most luxurious buildings. Prior experience includes working as a Guest Service Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC from December 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities involved delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest relationships. Earlier professional roles included serving as a Key Employee at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, focusing on high-volume customer service and administrative tasks. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Salem State University between 2002 and 2007.
