Kathrina Nguyen

Kathrina Nguyen, MBA, CMCA, AMS, currently serves as the General Manager at Barkan Management Co., Inc. since January 2023, overseeing the Broadway of Falls Church Condo. Prior to this role, Kathrina worked as a Community - Commercial Portfolio Manager at Tidewater Property Management, Inc. from February 2022 to January 2023, and as a Community Portfolio Manager at Associa from October 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overall supervision of community associations and interaction with various stakeholders. Kathrina's earlier experience includes roles such as Community Manager Administrator Assistant at Tidewater Property Management and Property Assistant at Corporate Office Properties Trust, providing administrative support and customer service. With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus and University of Colorado Boulder, respectively, Kathrina has demonstrated extensive expertise in property management and community association governance.
