Lisa Elias currently serves as the General Manager of Learning & Development at The Star Entertainment Group and holds the position of Director of OD Analytics at the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Previously, Lisa served as an Associate Director and Senior Learning and Development Business Partner at Macquarie Group, focusing on delivering commercial learning solutions. Additionally, Lisa was an Advisory Board Member for Moir Group and held the role of General Manager of People & Culture at EISS Super, overseeing comprehensive people and culture initiatives. Lisa holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources and Learning & Development from Charles Sturt University.
