Mike Shuler II

Mike Shuler II has extensive experience in operational strategy and manufacturing process improvement, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Burkert USA Corp, Mike served as a Process Designer and Production Manager, focusing on enhancing manufacturing processes. Prior to this, Mike worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as an EHS Site Representative (Interim) and Value Stream Leader, contributing to operational strategy. As a volunteer Board Member for Project 2 Heal, Mike engaged in collaborative problem solving. Previous positions include Value Stream Leader at Terex Corporation and multiple roles at Spiroflow, including Production Manager, Quality Systems Manager, and Service Manager. Academically, Mike holds an MBA with a focus in Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management) from Appalachian State University.
