Karolina B.

Karolina B. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Karolina started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at The Source Network CZ in 2006. In 2007, they joined Bosch Rexroth as an HR Generalist and later held the positions of HR Business Partner International and HR Business Partner. In 2015, they joined Bürkert Fluid Control Systems as an HR Manager International, and later became the Head of HR Management International in 2017.

Karolina B. received their Master's degree in Psychology from Masaryk University Brno. Karolina has not obtained any additional certifications.
