Caty Neis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Caty started their career in 1998 as an Events Coordinator at the San Francisco Bay Guardian, where they managed and promoted events and handled various advertising responsibilities. From 1999 to 2005, they worked at Vance Publishing, initially as a Production Assistant and later as an Advertising Sales Associate, where they managed advertising materials, negotiated contracts, and led production teams.

In 2005, Caty joined Andrews McMeel Universal as a Senior Book Editor, where they acquired and managed a list of books, collaborated with various departments, and led a team of book designers. Caty later transitioned to the role of Senior Digital Production Editor, focusing on eBook production and distribution.

In 2013, Caty moved to Service Management Group as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for analyzing customer service surveys and delivering insightful presentations to clients. Caty then joined Signal Theory Inc. in 2015 as a Project Manager, overseeing agency projects, forecasting costs, and ensuring efficient workflow.

From 2017 to 2018, Caty worked at Trozzolo Communications Group as a Senior Project Manager, where they supervised agency processes, conducted training, and developed program scopes for clients. Their most recent role was at Barkley, starting in 2018 as an Associate Director Project Management and eventually becoming a Senior Project Manager. In this role, Caty managed communication channels for a large retail client, handled quick changes and reprioritization, and played a crucial role in the company's operations.

Throughout their career, Caty has demonstrated strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Caty Neis attended St. Ann's from 1980 to 1988. Caty then went on to Bishop Miege High School, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. After completing high school, Caty Neis enrolled at The University of Kansas, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from 1993 to 1997.
