Jordan Diggs

Jordan Diggs, MBA has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2016, Jordan worked at Hallmark Cards in various roles such as Weekend Production Manager/Section Manager in Manufacturing, Product Integrity Analyst (Flagship and Kids), Quality Technical Specialist, and Product Integrity Process Analyst. In these positions, Jordan gained experience in quality control, product integrity, and process analysis. In November 2021, Jordan transitioned to the role of Program Leader - Strategic Accounts (Visual Merchandising) at Hallmark Cards. Currently, Jordan is working as the Associate Director of Project Management at Barkley, where they manage accounts worth over $20 million, coordinate new business pitches, and oversee account on and off-boarding procedures.

Jordan Diggs, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Missouri Baptist University. Prior to obtaining their MBA, Jordan completed their undergraduate studies at Missouri Valley College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication. In addition to their formal education, Jordan has also received several certifications. Jordan obtained a Product Safety Management certification from Saint Louis University in August 2019. More recently, in July 2021, Jordan completed multiple project management certifications, including Agile Project Management, Foundations of Project Management, Google Project Management Certificate, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, and Project Planning: Putting It All Together, all obtained through Coursera.
