Mds Zane Hallauer

Zane Hallauer, MDS has a diverse work experience in data analysis and operations management. Zane started their career at The Sunflower Group as a Systems Manager, leading post-merger system integration initiatives. Zane then joined Advantage Solutions, where they held multiple roles. As a Manager of Operations, they oversaw talent acquisition and developed standardized operating procedures. As a Senior Manager of Internal Operations, they managed a nationwide department and implemented cloud-based platforms. Zane later served as a Senior Manager of Market Research, conducting comprehensive market research and developing machine learning modules. In their most recent role as Assoc Director of Market Research and Analytics, Zane automated data processes for international CPG retailers and achieved a significant increase in sales through omnichannel analysis. Currently, Zane works at Barkley as the Director of Performance, where they manage relationships with key clients, constructs predictive data models, and integrates real-time data analytics and AI predictions.

Zane Hallauer, MDS, earned a Master of Data Science degree with a focus on Data Analytics and Machine Learning from the University of Denver in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship for Business Development and Growth from Kansas State University in 2012. Additionally, Zane has obtained several certifications including "Python: Working with Predictive Analytics" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014" from Microsoft in December 2017, and "MTA: Database Fundamentals - Certified 2017" also from Microsoft in November 2017.
