Joshua Lowell

Joshua Lowell is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering industry with a strong background in estimating and project control. Currently serving as an Estimator at Barletta Heavy Division, Inc. since January 2023, Joshua previously held the position of Project Control Specialist at City Point Partners LLC from June 2022 to January 2023. Prior roles at The Middlesex Corporation included Procurement Coordinator, Field Engineer, Construction Estimator, and Estimating Intern, from May 2018 to June 2022.
