Andronicca Masemola

Andronicca joined Barloworld in April 2014 as the Group Head of Internal Audit, and for the last 5 years, has been the Executive Director Finance for Barloworld Equipment in the southern Africa region. Andronicca has served on various Group subsidiary boards, including chairing the Board of Bartrac, joint venture in the DRC and the Barloworld-Equipment Southern Africa Credit Committee. Prior to joining Barloworld, she was an Audit Partner at KPMG. In her capacity as Chief Operating Officer of Equipment southern Africa, Andronicca has been appointed a member of the Barloworld Executive Committee, effective 1 February 2022.

Andronicca's career spans 27 years and over the last 14 years she has occupied executive level positions, responsible for financial management, governance, risk and assurance.
