Justine Gabriel

Justine Gabriel is an experienced professional in human capital management, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at Barloworld since March 2023. Previously, Justine held various roles within Barloworld, including Executive: Human Capital and Head of Human Capital at Barloworld Logistics, and Senior Operations Manager: Divisional HC at Barloworld Automotive and Logistics. Earlier in the career, Justine was the Divisional Remuneration and Benefits Manager at Barloworld Automotive and served as an HR Business Partner at both Avis Fleet and Barloworld Motor Retail. Justine began the career as an HR Officer at Barloworld Motor Retail SA. Justine holds a Hons BA in Industrial and Organisation Psychology from UNISA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from UKZN.
