Cameron Leax

Cameron Leax currently serves as the Head of Human Capital at ICONIQ, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Cameron accumulated extensive experience at BlackRock from July 2007 to July 2025, serving in various capacities including Chief Operating Officer of Human Resources, Finance & Corporate Strategy, and Managing Director for multiple divisions related to talent management and human resources. Cameron's career at BlackRock also included roles as Director of Talent Strategy and Office of the President, as well as Vice President positions in iShares Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Architectural Studies from Brown University, earned in 2007.
