Sherine Samuel

Sherine Samuel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations excellence. At Barloworld Limited since August 2007, Sherine has held various leadership roles including Operations Excellence Executive, Business Excellence Manager, Chief Commercial Officer - IT, and General Manager - Supply Chain Planning Solutions, with responsibilities encompassing general management and project management across multiple industries. Prior experience includes working as a Solutions Developer and Solutions Architect at The Computer People, where Sherine focused on designing and developing online contract management, POS, and stock systems for MTN Dealers. Educational achievements include an International Leadership Certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Leadership Development Programme from GIBBS Barloworld, and an Applied Supply Chain and Logistics Diploma from EVO SCT in the Netherlands, along with multiple other qualifications including Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Bachelor of Education (cum laude). Currently, Sherine is pursuing Lean Certification in Operational Excellence at Cardiff University.
