Pankaj Singh Rathour

Pankaj Singh Rathour currently serves as Shift Incharge at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. since October 2021, responsible for shift management, manpower handling, line balancing, documentation, and shop floor supervision, among other tasks. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Supervisor at Haldiram Snacks, where Pankaj contributed to the installation and optimization of conveyor systems, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. Pankaj started a professional journey as a Graduate Apprentice at RB, focusing on enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for production lines, and earlier completed an internship in the production department at Badve Engineering Ltd. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Graphic Era Hill University, completed in 2019, and completed intermediate education at Himalaya Vidya Mandir Sn. Sec. School in 2015.
