Zwetana Penova is a experienced service designer currently working at BARMER and also the founder of Lernox gUG. zwetana has a diverse background in strategic, product & service design, as well as experience in coaching design thinking and agile for professional education. With a strong focus on educational technology, Zwetana has also worked as a lecturer and speaker in design management and design-thinking. zwetana has facilitated workshops and panel discussions on topics such as AI in educational technology and creative solutions in logistics and transport. In addition to their work in the design field, Zwetana holds a diploma in design and visual communications, as well as language certifications in German and undergraduate studies in comparative literature.
