Gianna Rozarto is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Server/Bartender at Barnaby's Of America since April 2015, Gianna excels in providing exceptional customer service, training new staff, and ensuring a well-maintained environment. Previously, as a Patient Experience Liaison at Saint Francis Hospital, Gianna focused on improving patient experiences through feedback collection and support during post-discharge follow-ups. Gianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Neumann University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Widener University, expected to graduate in December 2025.
