Erika Guzman

Erika Guzman is an accomplished Program Manager at Barnard College, where since 2015, Erika has been responsible for the administration, coordination, and implementation of the Athena Center for Leadership's student-facing, co-curricular programming. Prior to this role, Guzman served as the Student Programs Administrator and Administrative Assistant at the same institution, contributing significantly to the effective operation of leadership programs. Guzman's extensive experience includes positions as an Administrative Specialist at Winston Staffing, and roles at Forest Laboratories (now Allergan) as Coordinator of Corporate Security, where high-level administrative services were provided to senior leadership. Earlier roles also include a Human Resources Assistant at Mount Sinai Health System and an Administrative Assistant at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. Guzman holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Lehman College, a Bachelor of Arts in Deviant Behavior and Social Control from John Jay College (CUNY), and an Associate in Applied Science in Office Administration and Technology from CUNY Bronx Community College.
