Jyoti Menon

Jyoti Menon is currently a Trustee at Barnard College. Jyoti was previously employed as the Director, Head of Digital Wallets and eCommerce, Bill Pay, and Funding at Citi from March 2014 to August 2021. In this role, they led multiple teams to drive product strategy, development of new features, and partnerships to grow revenue for the Consumer Bank. Additionally, they drove strategy and development for Citi's Retail Bank and Cards bill payment features and managed partnerships with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Prior to their time at Citi, Menon worked as the Senior Manager, Business Analytics and Cardmember Experience at American Express from April 2007 to February 2014. In this role, they designed and developed a new mobile solution including ideation, concept development, value proposition and positioning, pricing, and go-to-market execution for clients globally.

Menon began their professional career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from August 2001 to May 2004. Jyoti then completed a summer internship at McGraw Hill Financial from January 2005 to December 2005.

Jyoti Menon's educational career began at Millburn High School. Jyoti then went on to study economics with a political science track at Barnard College. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued a MIA in international finance and business at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs.
