P.eng. Andrew Rafuse

Andrew Rafuse, P.Eng. has a diverse background in construction and engineering. Andrew has worked at Barnard Construction since 2018, starting as a Project Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Project Manager in 2022. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Pennecon Limited as an Earthworks Engineer from April 2018 to November 2018.
