Pieter Walters

Pieter Walters is a Senior Associate at Barnard Incorporated Attorneys, specializing in commercial litigation, insolvency law, and dispute resolution since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Nel Van der Merwe & Smalman Inc. from September 2015 to August 2020 and at Van der Merwe & Associates from March 2013 to August 2015. Pieter has extensive expertise in managing litigation in both High Court and Magistrates Court, as well as arbitration proceedings.
