Victoria O'Shea

Victoria O'Shea is a dedicated social care practitioner with extensive experience in working with young people in residential settings. Currently serving as a Family Project Worker at Barnardos Ireland since January 2022, Victoria previously held various roles at Compass Child and Family Services from January 2017 to April 2022, including Deputy Residential Services Manager and Activity Pedagogue. Victoria began professional training in social care at Limerick Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care, complemented by practical experience through placements at Compass Child and Family Services and Boher National School's Autism Unit.
