Jodie Pritchard

Jodie Pritchard has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Currently, they are the Director of Learning and Development at Barnardo's. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Learning at Citizens Advice, where they led a team of 25 professionals and implemented a digital-first learning transformation. Before that, they served as a Learning and Development Manager and Consultant at Sky, where they managed the core curriculum for customer-facing teams and collaborated with stakeholders to identify training needs. Jodie also has experience as a Learning and Development Specialist at Centro, where they designed and implemented an L&D business plan, and as a Training Delivery and Development Officer at Select Service Partner Limited, where they oversaw the training cycle for managers. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Regional Training Manager and Management Coach at The Restaurant Group plc.

Jodie Pritchard completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development at Avado in 2015-2016. In 1995-1997, they studied at Solihull Sixth Form College, and from 1990 to 1995, they attended Arden School in Knowle. Jodie also holds various certifications, such as being a member of the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards Judging Panel in 2022, receiving the Silver Award for Best Learning Team in 2021, being a Fellow of The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute) in 2020, and having certifications in Agile HR, Agile and Design Thinking, and People Management Skills.
