Alicia Houseman is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Financial Planning Analysis & Digital Solutions at Barnes Aerospace since April 2014, Alicia has spearheaded the implementation of a new ERP system and transitioned the company to a web-based account reconciliation software. Previous roles at Barnes Aerospace included Assistant Controller and Finance Manager for Government Programs, where Alicia ensured compliance with federal regulations and optimized financial performance. Prior to joining Barnes Aerospace, Alicia was the Controller for Spartan Motors, managing financial activities for multiple market line teams, and held the role of Controller at Davis Creek Meats & Seafood. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from The University of Olivet.
