Kerri Lacourse

Kerri Lacourse is currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Barnes and the Senior Director of Human Resources at MicroGEM. With extensive experience in human resources management, Kerri has successfully overseen operations and employee management at various organizations including Community Team Work Inc and New England Trade Adjustment Assistance Center, Inc. Kerri holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lesley University, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Studies from Hesser College.
