Ryan Kudla

Ryan Kudla is currently working as an Account Manager at Barnet Products, providing raw material solutions for key skin & hair care brands, labs, and manufacturers in the cosmetic industry. Previously, Ryan worked at PakLab as a Senior Technical Manager, leading a team of chemists and engineers while developing new formulas for skin and sun care products. Ryan also has experience as an Instructor at the University of California, Riverside, teaching Cosmetic Chemistry & Product Development. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in product development, R&D, and laboratory safety across various industries. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside.
