Emma Hardwick

Emma Hardwick is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various organizations, currently serving as a Senior HR/OD Business Partner at Barnsley Council since December 2022. Previously, Emma held the position of L&D Business Partner at Derbyshire County Council, where a new structure for learning and development was implemented to support Children’s services. Prior to that, Emma worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, gaining valuable insights into employee relations and management processes. Emma's career began at South Yorkshire Police, where over 24 years were spent in various roles, including 13 years in learning and development. Emma holds a Certificate in Education from Sheffield Hallam University and multiple qualifications from The Sheffield College, encompassing aspects of business, finance, and law.
