Tracy Bell

Tracy Bell has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Barnsley Council since June 2003, where Tracy currently serves as the Human Resources Service Centre Manager and has held positions including Head of Service for Recruitment & HR Traded Services, Human Resources Manager, Team Leader, Recruitment Advisor, and Officer. Prior to this, Tracy worked as an Office Administrator at Commpro Telecommunications from September 1999 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include a PG Dip CIPD in Human Resources from Doncaster Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Combined Studies with a focus on Psychology from the University of Leeds, along with A Levels in Psychology and English Literature.
