Simon Ferrarelli is the Development Manager at BPL, where Simon ensures that the community is central to the company's mission of helping people feel good. Simon also serves as the Corporate Aquatics Manager, overseeing strategic development in aquatic activities. Prior to their current role, Simon worked as the Head Swimming Coach for Manchester City Council, and as the Assistant Head Coach at Derventio eXel Performance Swim Team, where Simon played a key role in establishing a club network and talent identification pathway. Simon's coaching career began at Nova Centurion Swimming Club, where Simon honed their skills as a coach for age group performance swimmers. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Sports Development and Coaching from the University of Lincoln.
