Olivier Pasteur has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Olivier began their career as a Project Leader at BPI Group in 1993 and held this position until 2000. Olivier then moved on to Cadbury France, where they served as an HR Manager from 2001 to 2007, focusing on HR development and learning. Following this, they became the HR Development Manager at Cadbury France, responsible for coaching, training, and development. In 2008, Pasteur joined PACCOR Group as the Group HR Director, overseeing HR strategies and policies across the organization. Since 2012, they have been the HR Director at Baron Philippe de Rothschild.
Olivier Pasteur attended Sciences Po Bordeaux from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Politique & Social. Following this, from 1990 to 1991, they pursued a Master's in Management Entreprises at IAE - Bordeaux IV. Prior to these studies, Olivier attended Université de Poitiers from 1984 to 1987, focusing on Administration Economique & Sociale.
