John McKenna

John McKenna, MBA, M.A., serves as the Deputy Project Manager at Barone Consulting since March 2022, following a distinguished military career as a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel. McKenna's prior experience includes senior leadership roles, such as Senior Program Manager for the D2RR Data Lake Project at BigBear.ai and Joint Staff Officer supporting high-level operations for the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. McKenna has extensive expertise in program management, operations planning, and policy analysis, having overseen significant budgets and training events during tenure with the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. McKenna holds advanced degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and Webster University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Armstrong State University.
