David Koltz

David Koltz is a seasoned environmental engineer with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. since May 2017, David previously worked at Salt Lake City Corporation in roles including Regulatory Compliance Engineer and Water Reclamation Pretreatment Program Manager from May 2011 to May 2017. Prior to that, David was a Project Engineer at Kern River Gas Transmission from August 2009 to May 2011 and held the position of Project Manager at Psomas from 2006 to 2009. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1987 and 1993.
