Emily Anne Gendron is the Founder and CEO of Human Possible, a role held since November 2022, focused on achieving unique connections and commitments in the world. Gendron serves as a Board Member for both the Barracuda Championship and Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation, emphasizing the evolution of community engagement and anti-racism initiatives. Previously, Gendron contributed to leadership development at OwlHub, and served as a Culture Architect at Noetic Vistas and Oath, where the enhancement of company culture and employee engagement were key focuses. Additional experience includes strategic roles at Yahoo, where Gendron designed leadership programs for the CEO's office, and Noetic Conversation, which provided coaching for personal and leadership development. Gendron's career started as a Studio Manager at Marc Baptiste Photography and an Associate Consultant at Ceasar Consulting. Gendron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in Contemporary US History, with a minor in African American Studies.
