Aviral Singh is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Escalation Engineer at Barracuda since July 2024, Aviral specializes in troubleshooting customer issues and documenting solutions. Aviral's prior role as Lead Support Engineer at iQuanti involved supporting a multi-tenant web application built on Python and AWS, along with data extraction from various databases.
