Holly Sipek

Holly Sipek is an Engineering Manager at Barracuda since August 2012, focusing on Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. Sipek has led the development of a custom key-value storage system and has contributed to maintaining a high-quality codebase through code reviews and utility development for data recovery. Earlier roles at Barracuda included Engineering Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, as well as an internship focused on enhancing storage system utilities. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan for courses in programming and data structures, where Sipek created instructional materials and supported students. Sipek holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
