Nell O’Donnell

Nell O'Donnell is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in corporate law and governance within the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Notably, Nell served as Chief Legal Officer at ServiceMax, Inc., overseeing its acquisition by PTC, Inc. in January 2023. Previous roles include Senior Vice President & General Counsel at McAfee, where Nell led a legal team supporting a $3 billion cybersecurity business, and similar positions at Brocade and Micromuse Inc. Significant achievements include managing numerous mergers and acquisitions and advising on corporate governance. Nell's earlier experience includes work with LucasArts and Verifone, along with years of independent legal practice.
